Herringbone Cutting Board
Author/craftsman Nick Engler introduces a unique approach to designing and making "herringbone" cutting boards -- boards made of different wood species arranged to form a zig-zag pattern. Using Nick's technique you can create patterns far beyond the standard herringbone. The plan shows five examples, but with a little imagination, you can create hundreds more. Also includes plans for the assembly table shown in our videos on the Workshop Companion Channel.
